Terms of service.


1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to perform cleaning services at the Client’s premises located at address provided during booking.

Services will include for basic cleans, unless discussed at time of booking, the following tasks: dusting, cleaning of kitchen counters, stove top, microwave, sinks. Bathrooms cleaning is of sink, shower/tub, toilets, cleaning mirrors, fixtures and counters. Making the beds in all bedrooms.
We vacuum/sweep/mop all rooms
Service will include for deep cleans, unless discussed at time of booking, the following tasks: We’ll dust all surfaces, including hard-to-reach places like light fixtures, baseboards, window sills, and vents. This ensures that no dust or cobwebs are left behind.t.
-We’ll deep clean your kitchen appliances, including the oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
We’ll also clean your sink, countertops, and all small appliances, ensuring every surface is spotless.
-We’ll scrub and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and mirrors.
We’ll also clean grout, tiles, and behind the toilet, areas that typically get overlooked in routine cleaning.
-We’ll clean and sanitize all floors, including vacuuming carpets, rugs, and mats, and mopping hard floors with special attention to corners and edges.
-We’ll wipe down and polish all furniture, including tables, chairs, and dressers, removing dust and fingerprints for a polished finish.
-We’ll clean the interior windows and mirrors to leave them streak-free and sparkling.
- We’ll clean and wipe down all baseboards, door frames, and trim to remove dirt and grime buildup.
- We’ll clean areas like behind furniture, under beds, and any other places that are typically harder to reach during a regular cleaning session.

2. Schedule
Services will begin on agreed upon date and time with the client hiring The Cleaning Machine.
3. Payment Terms
-Pricing varies for every house booked. Pricing factors include the type of cleaning, square footage of residence. If cleaners arrive and house isn’t as described by client, if house will need more than discussed we will call client and discuss if there is going to be a price difference before proceeding.

4. Supplies and Equipment
The Cleaning Machine will provide all supplies and equipment

5. Term and Termination
This Agreement continues until canceled by either party with written notice.
Immediate termination by The Cleaning Machine is allowed for non-payment or breach of terms.

6. Liability and Insurance

The Cleaning Machine is insured and not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured valuables. Liability is limited to damages caused by gross negligence.

7. Access to Property

Client agrees to provide property access on scheduled dates. Client agrees to provide keys or access codes in order to access the process. Please let us know at the time of booking if something is needed to access the property. If you live in a gated community it is clients responsibility to make sure gate agent is aware. If The Cleaning Machine can’t access the property due to client this will result in the 50% of the cost of the service.

8. Cancellations

Client must provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may result in a $50 fee.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Entire Agreement

This is the full agreement between the parties. No verbal promises or other agreements are valid unless added in writing and signed by both parties.



11. Satisfaction Guarantee

The Cleaning Machine is committed to delivering high-quality service. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning, the Client must notify the Service Provider within 24 hours of service completion. The Service Provider will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if access was restricted or the issue falls outside the agreed scope of service.
